By bringing together all opportunities for new entrants in one place, we can all make it much easier for young people to see the diverse range of roles available not only construction but our own specific sector, particularly apprenticeships which are highly sought after and often difficult for school leavers to find.
You can currently list all your new entrant vacancies on Talentview free of charge ‐ including apprenticeships, graduate placements and work experience opportunities ‐ and all members are encouraged to use it alongside the Construction Talent Retention Scheme to provide a ‘one stop shop’ for the recruitment and retention of skills across the industry.
